Research Interests

My primary research focus is on Engineering Education and Pedagogy.  My interests in this area lie in two areas:
  • The development of a tool to assist instructors in building assessments that promote Problem Analysis skills
  • Multinational view on Capstone experiences and shared values and competencies across disciplines
I also support collaborative discipline specific research, including:
  • Development of a smart wrist brace for carpel tunnel syndrome assessment and mitigation
  • Development of optofluidic lenses with varying aspect ratios
  • Production of Single-type Glycoform Monoclonal Antibodies
  • Anti-slip control approaches for robotic grasping problems
